We founded RecruitrLabs because we were fed up with the transactional experience that comes with the traditional recruitment agency models. We recognized this shortcoming and the need for a more flexible, scalable, and cost-effective option.

Since 2016 our team continues to support dozens of 3rd party recruiters, staffing agencies, executive search firms, and search practices with our Sourcing as a Services (SaaS) offering. With SOURCE, we take away the time-consuming portion of candidate list building and email validation – allowing you to spend more time talking with candidates, not looking for them.

  • Need a Sourcer or Researcher to support your recruitment team? We can help!
  • Need a Recruitment Coordinator to perform tasks such as scheduling, reviewing resumes, posting jobs, etc…

As an employer you can get started in a number of ways.

Once you post a role, a member of our success team will contact you with some follow-up questions in order to send you a proposal.

If needed, the success team may recommend we setup a call to speak with an actual human, in order to better understand what your are looking for.

Quality of service provided to hiring companies is our #1 priority. We take several steps to ensure and maintain the quality of the client experience:

  1. Upfront: Strict entry standards for all recruiters.
    RecruitLabs only accepts recruiters with a minimum of 5-years professional experience. We verify all recruiters before they are approved to engage any RecruitrLabs client.
  2. Ongoing: Recruiters’ performance and feedback.
    We gather ongoing feedback on our perfomance, not just after a project is completed, but also during a live engagement .
  3. Live client support.
    You’re never on your own. Our support team (including our founders!) are on call at any time to help with specific questions. Chat with us online, via email at success@recruitrlabs.io, and if needed, we are happy to speak live.

Payment terms will depend on which RecruitrLabs offering you engage, needless to say, you have several options to make payment:

  • Credit card.
  • Paypal.
  • Electronic funds transfer.

Our expert recruiters, which we call Talent Advisors are located globally. We have recruiters in cities across the US, Europe, Middle-East, Asia and Australia. Many of our recruiters are available to work in locations different from their physical location. If needed, our team has extensive experience working remotely with our clients. 

Recruiters

Recruiters interested in taking on assignments and join RecruitLabs network of trusted Talent Advisors are required to have a minimum of 5-years direct professional experience, and will be asked to verify their client work/client engagements. Contact us

All RecruitLabs recruiters are independent contractors. RecruitLabs does not provide an employment relationship.

No. As an independent contractor, you are free to work on contracts or opportunities outside RecruitrLabs

Yes. All Recruiters are required to sign and acknowledge an agreement, non-compete and NDA. 

Candidate

Not unless we are actively working on a suitable client mandate. Our work is driven by employers with active hiring needs.
